  • Manage long lead equipment procurement from key vendors.
  • Assist in contractor selection and bid processes for construction trades.

  • Track project costs, including invoice review and approval for vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews and forecasting.
  • Review and approve change orders to maintain project integrity.
  • Monitor and update construction schedules regularly.
  • Manage subcontractors and conduct regular site visits for progress evaluation.
  • Attend weekly contractor meetings and resolve non-performance issues.
  • Oversee substantial and final completion certificates with contractors.

  • Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Assist engineers and testing firms to ensure quality construction and adherence to plans.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party testing firms and answer contractor questions.
  • Daily log of activities, weekly meetings with contractors, and coordination with vendors.
  • Establish punch-lists for contractors prior to final completion.

  • Track project costs, including invoice review and approval for Customer-supplied equipment or materials.
  • Review and approve change orders submitted by the General Contractor.
  • Monitor construction schedules, reviewing updates provided by the General Contractor.
  • Regular project site visits for construction observation and issue resolution.
  • Attend weekly contractor meetings, communicate with the General Contractor, and execute substantial and final completion certificates.
  • Coordinate startup activities, ensuring readiness for plant startup.
